Preparing for any surgical procedure can be stressful, full of fear and anxiety but it doesn't have to be. Whether you are planning for a Cesarean Birth, Tubal Ligation, Endometrial Ablation, D&C or Partial Hysterectomy, our doulas offer education and support to help you and your family prepare and recover from your medical procedure.

Pre-Operative Education Class: This education class will help prepare you and your body for surgery, offer education relevant to your specific OBGYN procedure, and what to expect upon arrival at the hospital or surgery center.

Unlimited Resources & Referrals: Access to local providers to help with your recovery process such as physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors etc.

​

Home Preparation: Information on how to appropriately prepare your home for post-operative recovery, supplies and materials needed etc. 

​

Two Post-Operative Home Visits: In the comfort in your home to assist with mobility, light housekeeping, meals, etc. 

​

Meal Prep Services: One week of meal preparation.
